Gurudwara Ashram was established as an experimental center for A New Life, an alternative and independent approach to existing lifestyles.

Our workshops offer fundamental training in mindfulness. Along with the techniques of Yoga, Tantra, Meditation, Breathwork, Zen, and Sufi that lead to this, we also offer individual mindfulness training in various disciplines.

Bringing together Zen, whose path is logic, and the understanding of Mevlevi, whose path is the heart, we open the doors to A New Path.
